A Pattern That Begins With You

An Orhan bespoke suit begins with you. Your proportions, preferences and purpose guide every decision, from the first line of the pattern to the final press.

Created in our Shoreditch studio, each suit is cut from an individual paper pattern and developed through a series of personal fittings. This gives us the freedom to shape every element around your body and create a garment that could not belong to anyone else.

Complete freedom of design

Bespoke tailoring is not limited by a standard block or predetermined silhouette. It allows us to consider the whole garment from the ground up.

You may arrive with a clear vision, a favourite reference or no fixed idea at all. We will guide you through cloth, construction, proportion and detail, helping you create a suit that feels natural to wear and true to your character.

Choose the structure of the jacket, the shape of the lapel, the position of the pockets, the cut of the trouser and every finishing detail. Each choice has a purpose and is considered as part of the whole.

Cut and crafted in Shoreditch

Your pattern is drafted by hand using a detailed set of measurements and observations. The suit is then cut and assembled for a sequence of fittings.

These fittings allow us to refine balance, movement and line as the garment takes shape. They are also an opportunity to discuss how the suit feels and make thoughtful adjustments before it is completed.

This careful process results in a garment with depth, structure and ease. It should look composed when standing, feel comfortable when moving and become more personal with every wear.

For work, weddings and everything beyond

A bespoke suit can answer a particular occasion, but it should never feel limited to one moment. We create business suits, wedding suits, dinner suits and versatile pieces designed to work across a wider wardrobe.

The goal is not simply to make an impressive suit. It is to make the right suit for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does bespoke mean at Orhan?

A bespoke suit begins with an individual paper pattern drafted by hand for your body alone, using detailed measurements and observations. Nothing is pre-cut and nothing assumed — the garment is created for you from the ground up.

How is bespoke different from made to measure?

Made to measure adapts a proven base pattern to your proportions; bespoke starts from blank paper. That gives complete freedom over silhouette, structure and construction, developed through a sequence of fittings in our Shoreditch studio.

How many fittings will I need?

Your suit is cut and assembled for a sequence of fittings, where we refine balance, movement and line as the garment takes shape. Most commissions are refined over two to three fittings.

Can I choose every detail?

Yes — the structure of the jacket, the shape of the lapel, the position of the pockets, the cut of the trouser and every finishing detail. Each choice is considered as part of the whole, so the suit stays coherent.

Do I need to know what I want before I visit?

No. You may arrive with a clear vision, a favourite reference or no fixed idea at all — we will guide you through cloth, construction, proportion and detail.

What cloths can I choose from?

A carefully selected range of British and Italian cloths. We consider season, durability, texture and drape, and help you choose a fabric suited to the garment and your lifestyle.

Is bespoke only for special occasions?

No — we create business suits, wedding suits, dinner suits and versatile pieces designed to work across a wider wardrobe. The goal is the right suit for you, not just an impressive one.

How long does a bespoke suit take?

It depends on the design, the cloth and the fittings involved, so we give you an honest timeline at your consultation. If you are dressing for a fixed date, tell us when you enquire and we will plan around it.

Is my pattern kept for future suits?

Yes. Your individual pattern and preferences are retained, giving every future commission a proven starting point.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — consultations and fittings are by appointment at our Shoreditch studio, 25a Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB. Call 020 7250 3569 to arrange a time.
