Gay Bespoke Suits

A bespoke suit gives you the freedom to move beyond standard sizes, predictable styling and somebody else’s definition of how a man should dress.

Gay suits made from scratch to express you

At Orhan London Tailoring, your suit begins with an individual paper pattern and a conversation about what you want. It might be a refined business suit, eveningwear with presence, a statement for a special event or the piece that finally makes getting dressed feel effortless.

You bring the character. We bring more than four decades of tailoring expertise.

Fit without compromise

Standard sizing assumes bodies share the same proportions. Bespoke tailoring assumes nothing.

Tell us how you want the suit to sit, move and feel. You might prefer a close, sculpted line, a relaxed contemporary shape, a traditionally masculine structure or something more playful and fluid. We refine the pattern through your fittings until the whole garment feels balanced and comfortable.

Every detail becomes intentional:

  • Proportion and silhouette
  • Lapels, pockets and vents
  • Trouser shape and rise
  • Cloth, colour and texture
  • Buttons, linings and hand-finished details
  • Discreet personal touches known only to you

Expertise that helps you choose

Complete freedom should not mean facing thousands of options alone. We begin with strategic questions: where will you wear the suit, how do you want to feel and what has disappointed you about previous clothing?

Because of what you tell us, we can recommend fabrics and design choices that solve real needs, whether that means easier travel, greater durability, evening impact or a more comfortable relationship with fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is bespoke only for weddings and formal events?

No. Bespoke can be used for business, eveningwear, everyday tailoring and individual fashion pieces. The value lies in the fit, longevity and freedom of design.

What is the difference between bespoke and made-to-measure?

Made-to-measure adapts an existing pattern. Bespoke creates an individual pattern from scratch and allows greater control over the garment’s underlying proportions and construction.

Can you recreate the feeling of a suit I already love?

Bring it with you. We can discuss which elements work and use them as inspiration, while creating a new garment designed for your current needs.

What happens if I am not confident choosing fabrics?

No. Tell us where you will wear the suit and how you want to feel in it. We will narrow the fabrics by season, comfort, durability and style, so choosing feels exciting rather than overwhelming. ---

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — consultations and fittings are by appointment at our Shoreditch studio, 25a Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB, so we can give you our full attention in a relaxed, private setting. Call 020 7250 3569 or use the contact page to arrange a time.

Can I bring a partner or friend to my appointment?

Of course. Many clients bring a partner, friend or family member for company or a second opinion. Your appointment is your space — bring whoever helps you feel comfortable.

What should I bring with me?

Only yourself, if you like. Reference images, a favourite garment or the shoes you plan to wear are all helpful, but none are required — the consultation is designed to find the right direction together.
