Made for the Way Your Day Moves
We create personal designs for work, lunches, celebrations and everyday occasions, balancing comfort with a polished silhouette. Your consultant will ask where and how you plan to wear the dress, then recommend fabrics and details that work for your life.
Fit That Feels Natural
Neckline, waist, sleeve, length and proportion are considered together. Through personal fittings, we refine how the dress sits and moves until it feels comfortable and completely your own.
Designed Around Your Life
A day dress has to earn its place in your wardrobe. Whether you are heading to the studio, across town or out for lunch, we choose cloth and details that move with you and keep their composure all day.

Frequently Asked Questions
What occasions suit a made to measure day dress?
Work, lunches, celebrations and everyday life — anywhere you want to feel polished without trying. Each dress balances comfort with a considered silhouette.
What fabrics work best for a day dress?
Cloths that move with your day — breathable cottons, fine wools, silk blends and structured jerseys among them. Your consultant will recommend fabrics for how and where you will wear the dress.
Can you develop a dress from one I already love?
Yes — a favourite dress is one of the best briefs there is. We can refine its silhouette, correct what never quite worked and remake it in cloth chosen for you.
Will it really be comfortable enough for every day?
Neckline, waist, sleeve, length and proportion are considered together and refined through personal fittings until the dress sits and moves naturally. Comfort is designed in, not hoped for.
Can necklines, sleeves and length be personalised?
Completely — every element is a choice, made with your consultant around your body and your life.
Can you add pockets?
Yes. It is one of our most requested details, and one of the easiest to love.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — consultations and fittings are by appointment at our Shoreditch studio, 25a Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB, so we can give you our full attention. Call 020 7250 3569 to arrange a time.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Only yourself, if you like. Reference photographs, a garment that fits well or fabric ideas are all helpful, but plenty of clients arrive with no fixed idea at all — the consultation is designed to find the right direction together.
How many fittings will I need?
Most garments are refined through two to three fittings. At each one we assess balance, comfort and movement, and you will see the piece take shape around you.
How long will my commission take?
It depends on the garment, the cloth and the fittings involved, so we will give you an honest timeline at your consultation. If you are dressing for a fixed date, tell us when you enquire and we will plan around it.
