Book an AppointmentA Suit Designed Around You
At Orhan, every women’s suit is created around the individual. Your proportions, personal style and purpose for the garment guide the design. The result is not simply a suit that fits. It is a suit that feels instinctively yours.
Discover Your Silhouette
Your experience begins with a private consultation with one of our female consultants. We will talk about where you plan to wear your suit, how you want it to feel and the impression you want it to create.
Together, we will explore shape, structure and proportion. You may prefer a defined waist, a relaxed shoulder, a long architectural line or a softer, more fluid silhouette. Our role is to help you discover the balance that complements your body and expresses your character.
A World of Personal Choice
You will be invited to handle beautiful wools, silks, velvets and blends, discovering how each cloth changes the mood and movement of a suit. Lapel shape, pockets, buttons, linings and finishing details are all selected with care.
Your suit will be refined through a series of fittings, allowing us to perfect its balance, comfort and movement. Whether created for work, a wedding, an occasion or simply the pleasure of dressing well, it will be made to support your life and remain part of your wardrobe for years.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does made to measure mean?
A proven pattern is adapted to your measurements, posture and preferences, then cut and finished for you. It is a more streamlined route to a personal suit than full bespoke, with hand finishing in London.
How is made to measure different from buying off the peg?
An off-the-peg suit is made for nobody in particular. Made to measure is cut to your proportions and choices — cloth, silhouette, lapel, buttons, lining — so it fits and feels like yours from the first wearing.
How is it different from bespoke?
Bespoke begins with an individual pattern drawn from scratch and offers the greatest freedom. Made to measure adapts an existing pattern, which makes it quicker while still delivering a genuinely personal fit. We will recommend honestly which suits your commission.
What can I choose?
Cloth from leading English and Italian mills, the silhouette and structure, lapel shape, pockets, buttons, linings and finishing details — all selected with your consultant.
Will a suit work for my body shape?
That is the whole point of making it around you. Defined waists, relaxed shoulders, long architectural lines or softer silhouettes — we help you find the balance that complements your body and expresses your character.
Can one suit work for both work and occasions?
Yes — many clients commission a suit that carries a boardroom, a wedding and a dinner equally well. Tell us where you plan to wear it and we will choose cloth and details to match.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — consultations and fittings are by appointment at our Shoreditch studio, 25a Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB, so we can give you our full attention. Call 020 7250 3569 to arrange a time.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Only yourself, if you like. Reference photographs, a garment that fits well or fabric ideas are all helpful, but plenty of clients arrive with no fixed idea at all — the consultation is designed to find the right direction together.
How many fittings will I need?
Most garments are refined through two to three fittings. At each one we assess balance, comfort and movement, and you will see the piece take shape around you.
How long will my commission take?
It depends on the garment, the cloth and the fittings involved, so we will give you an honest timeline at your consultation. If you are dressing for a fixed date, tell us when you enquire and we will plan around it.
