Begin With a Conversation

Your first consultation is a chance to share your ideas with one of our female consultants. You may bring a carefully assembled collection of references, one image you cannot forget or no fixed idea at all.

We will listen to the story of your celebration, the setting, the season and how you want to feel when you arrive. Together, we will begin to shape a design that feels true to you.

Discover the Details

Explore exquisite fabrics, from fluid silks and delicate lace to sculptural satins and modern textured cloths. Necklines, sleeves, structure, volume and finishing details are developed with care. Traditional elements can be reinterpreted, combined or left behind completely.

As your dress takes shape, each fitting reveals more of the final design. Proportions are refined, movement is perfected and the smallest details are considered in relation to the whole. The final result is a wedding dress made for your body, your celebration and your moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens at a bespoke wedding dress consultation?

It is a private conversation with one of our female consultants about your celebration, the setting, the season and how you want to feel. You may bring a collection of references, one image you cannot forget or no fixed idea at all.

I don't have a design in mind — is that a problem?

Not at all. Many brides arrive with only a feeling they want the dress to give them. We will explore silhouettes, fabrics and details together until the design feels true to you.

What fabrics can I choose from?

Fluid silks, delicate lace, sculptural satins and modern textured cloths, chosen with you at the studio. Feeling the fabrics side by side tells you more than any description can.

Do I have to follow bridal tradition?

Only if you want to. Traditional elements can be reinterpreted, combined or left behind completely — the dress is designed around you, not an expectation.

When should I start the process?

Earlier is more comfortable — it gives the design, making and fittings room to breathe. Tell us your date when you enquire and we will be honest about what is achievable.

Can my dress work with a second look or separates?

Yes — a dress can be designed alongside a jacket, cape or removable elements, or paired with bridal separates so your look can change through the day.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — consultations and fittings are by appointment at our Shoreditch studio, 25a Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB, so we can give you our full attention. Call 020 7250 3569 to arrange a time.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Only yourself, if you like. Reference photographs, a garment that fits well or fabric ideas are all helpful, but plenty of clients arrive with no fixed idea at all — the consultation is designed to find the right direction together.

How many fittings will I need?

Most garments are refined through two to three fittings. At each one we assess balance, comfort and movement, and you will see the piece take shape around you.

How long will my commission take?

It depends on the garment, the cloth and the fittings involved, so we will give you an honest timeline at your consultation. If you are dressing for a fixed date, tell us when you enquire and we will plan around it.
