A Pattern Drawn For You Alone

An individual pattern gives us greater freedom over shape, construction and detail, allowing the garment to respond closely to your proportions and preferences.

Your Ideas, Properly Explored

Your consultation is a conversation about what you need, what has not worked before and how you want the suit to feel.

Together, we will explore silhouette, cloth and the details that make the garment your own. Our consultants will explain each recommendation clearly, so you can make every decision with confidence.

Created Through Fittings

The suit develops through a series of fittings. At each stage, we assess balance, comfort and movement, refining the garment until it feels natural on your body.

The result is not a standard suit adjusted to fit. It is a garment created for you from the beginning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does bespoke mean at Orhan?

Bespoke begins with an individual paper pattern drafted for your body alone. Nothing is pre-cut and nothing assumed — the garment is created for you from the first line.

How is bespoke different from made to measure?

Made to measure adapts a proven pattern; bespoke draws one from scratch. That gives us greater freedom over shape, construction and detail, letting the garment respond closely to your proportions and preferences.

How is my pattern created?

From detailed measurements and observation of your posture, balance and movement. The pattern belongs to you and evolves through your fittings — and it is kept for future commissions.

What happens at each fitting?

The suit develops in stages. At each fitting we assess balance, comfort and movement, refining the garment until it feels natural on your body — you watch it acquire its structure and character.

Can you work from an idea, a photo or a garment I love?

Yes. A picture, a favourite jacket or a half-formed idea is a perfectly good starting point — our role is to listen, advise and translate it into something distinctive.

Is bespoke right for me?

If you want the fullest expression of a garment made around you — or you have proportions or ideas that standard patterns do not serve — bespoke is worth the journey. We will advise honestly at your consultation.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — consultations and fittings are by appointment at our Shoreditch studio, 25a Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB, so we can give you our full attention. Call 020 7250 3569 to arrange a time.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Only yourself, if you like. Reference photographs, a garment that fits well or fabric ideas are all helpful, but plenty of clients arrive with no fixed idea at all — the consultation is designed to find the right direction together.

How many fittings will I need?

Most garments are refined through two to three fittings. At each one we assess balance, comfort and movement, and you will see the piece take shape around you.

How long will my commission take?

It depends on the garment, the cloth and the fittings involved, so we will give you an honest timeline at your consultation. If you are dressing for a fixed date, tell us when you enquire and we will plan around it.
